2015 was a milestone for Clear Mountain Fairview.

The all inclusive equine service marked its 10th anniversary on July 1, 2015 and now owners Bob and Maree Frappell are celebrating another great achievement after winning the Industry (Services) division at the 2015 Business Excellence Awards.

Run by 10 full-time staff, including four key members of the Frappell family, Clear Mountain Fairview was awarded for

its dedication to delivering the best services possible in the areas of breeding, racehorse spelling, breaking-in and pre-training clients’ horses.

Unique to not only the Darling Downs regions but also to the Queensland thoroughbred industry, Clear Mountain Fairview has cultivated a reputation to be proud of – a reputation that has seen them expand over the years from a 40-acre property on the outskirts of Brisbane to a 1000-acre property in Greenmount to cope with their increased popularity.

Despite their business’s success, the Frappell family were shocked and thrilled to win this award.

“We were ecstatic to be named a finalist for the prestigious business awards, but to be awarded the 2015 Industry Services winner is a highlight for all involved at Clear Mountain Fairview,” Mr Frappell said.

The team at Clear Mountain Fairview are currently welcoming their next crop of foals and look forward to breeding more winners for their clients as they aim to increase the quality of their thoroughbred livestock in 2016.
