A SPECIAL THANK YOU
Clear Mountain Fairview is now entering the seventh season of the sponsored Training Performance of the Year, which was hatched during a family breakfast conversation.
From little things, big things certainly grow as in excess of over $50,000 in donated goods and services have been awarded to our local trainers and the momentum of this award is certainly in full swing.
A special mention must be made to John and Gaye Harvey of National Farmer’s Warehouse who support our annual award – a sincere thank you for your generosity.
Again this year, the winner will be awarded a $1,000 credit at National Farmer’s Warehouse and no doubt had our finalists chomping at the bit!
However, this whole process would not be possible without the dedication and effort of The Chronicle and in particular, Sports Journalist Glen McCullough.
Glen not only goes above and beyond for this award each and every week with trainers showcased and again monthly, where the winner is featured, but his love and enthusiasm for our local thoroughbred industry is just incredible.
Congratulations to all of the finalists and good luck to all trainers this coming season.
